Description
Bryce Canyon National Park, a sprawling reserve in southern Utah, is known for its crimson-colored hoodoos, or spire-shaped rock formations. The park’s main road leads past the expansive Bryce Amphitheater, a hoodoo-filled depression lying below the Rim Trail hiking path. It has overlooks at Sunrise Point, Sunset Point, Inspiration Point and Bryce Point. Prime viewing times are around sunup and sundown.

I love the capture of the light here Jennifer. It looks like the rocks are semi-transparent.

Sure! One you are logged in to your profile page, find the groups tab and then click on ABC group. Once there, look for the Discussions tab and then find the one that says Surprise Visit. Here's the link, though :o) : http://fineartamerica.com/groups/abc-group--quadruped--four-footed-animal.html?showmessage=true&messageid=2344794&targetid=2344794#2344794
